Trivia Answer:
- Many of the French Quarter's historic buildings are, in fact, Spanish. In 1788, a catastrophic fire destroyed much of the city, which was then rebuilt by the Spanish government in their country's own architectural style.

- The city of New Orleans was Louisiana's first capital. It has since had four others: Donaldsonville, Opelousas, Shreveport, and its current capital, Baton Rouge.
